Gear Reducer

• Universal mounting having feet integral with casing on 4 faces (on 3 faces for train of gears: I sizes 63 ... 100, CI sizes 50 ... 100, C3l, ICI) and with B14 flange on 2 faces (1 face for train of gears 2l, 3l and 4l sizes 50 ... 125); gear reducers and gearmotors 2l, 3l sizes 50 ... 125 and 4l sizes 63 ... 125 with reaction embedding for shaft mounting system; B5 flange with spigot <<recess>> mountable on faces with B14 flange; design and strength of casing permit interesting shaft mounting solutions, foot-mounted motor fitting and connections for fitting auxiliary devices;
• Gear reducer overall sized so as to accept particularly powerful motors, to permit the transmission of high nominal and maximum torques, and to withstand high loads on the high and low speed shaft ends;
• Standard hollow low speed shaft in steel, with keyway and circlip grooves for extraction (excluding sizes 50 and 63); standard (left or right hand extension) or double extension low speed shaft.
