• V-BELTS
  • V-BELTS are manufactured in polybutadiene compound. High variety of belt sizes available permits the application of V-BELTS on all types of industrial equipment. Applied technology allows to reach so good dimensional precision in v belts to make them suitable for multiple transmission. This dimensional stability continues also during belt use.
• PV V-RIBBED BELTS
  • V-RIBBED BELTS are endless rubber belts with longitudinal V shaped groove, polybutadiene compound and tensile member in polyester. They transmit motor power by friction from the driver to the driven side of the machine.
• SYNCHRONOUS BELTS
  • Timing rubber belts represent an excellent system for power transmission. These transmission systems allow synchronized transmission, high and constant angular speed, excellent mechanical performances, Dimensional stability, resistence to high and variable loads, low noise, low installation tensions, no lubrication and maintenance.
• OPEN-END SYNCHRONOUS BELTS

  • Rubber open end timing belts are particularly suitable for linear motion, positioning and reversible transmission systems, they assure high load resistence, no maintenance costs and low noise. Avaiable in different profiles.

POLIURETHANE BELTS

• MEGAPOWER
  • Megapower belts are produced with a single moulding process. High quality thermoset poliurethane assure hi resistance to the abrasion, cords in different materials give to the belt hi strenght.
• MEGAFLEX
  • Megaflex timing belts are manufactured in the thermoplastic polyurethane, with continuous spiral steel cords. This type of belt, developed by our research and development, offers good running characteristics and high speeds.
• MEGARIB
  • Megarib belts are manufactured in polyurethane by termoset procedure with polyester high tension cords, wich combine the high flexibility of flat belts with the power transmission capability of V-BELTS.
• MEGAFLAT
  • Megaflat belts are truly endless mandrel moulded, avaiable with either polyester, aramide or cotton reinforcements.
• SPECIAL
  • All special belts can be produced with or without cords  and also with cord order decided by customer, they can be covered with different materials in accordance with customer drawings and request.
